Our Team

Our team combines hands-on underwriting experience with deep AI research. On the insurance side, we bring years of experience at Zurich Insurance, Swiss Re, Munich Re, and AXA — including strategic work alongside the Chief Underwriting Officer and Chief Claims Officer. We know the underwriting workflow because we live it every day.

On the technology side, our AI and machine learning expertise comes from ETH Zürich, the University of Oxford, the Max Planck Institute, and the Flatiron Institute. With academic roots at the University of St. Gallen, EPFL, and LMU Munich, we pair rigorous quantitative thinking with enterprise software engineering to build the agentic AI systems that power Silverarrow and the future of enterprise operations.
