1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Silverarrow platform ("Service"), operated by Swift Submission, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including individual underwriters and organizations that subscribe to the Service.
2. Description of Service
Silverarrow is a B2B underwriting submission automation platform that processes broker submission emails, classifies documents, validates entities, and generates structured underwriting rationales using artificial intelligence. The Service is designed for use by licensed insurance companies and their authorized personnel.
3. User Accounts
To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of underwriting submission processing. You shall not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Swift Submission and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you submit through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your submission documents, case data, or underwriting content.
6. Data Processing
We process submission data, including documents and email content, using AI models to provide the Service. All data processing occurs in compliance with our Privacy Policy. Data is stored in Switzerland with enterprise-grade security measures including encryption at rest, row-level security, and multi-tenant isolation.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated analyses and rationales are provided as decision-support tools and do not constitute professional underwriting advice. Underwriters remain responsible for all final underwriting decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swift Submission shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the use of the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data before permanent deletion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
