Evidence-backed extraction

Smart document classification
A tiered classification pipeline — Excel header rules, PDF keyword matching, and LLM fallback — sorts submissions automatically. ZEFIX and D&B enrichment validate the named insured, and a completeness check flags missing documents before extraction begins.
